MeetDay / CYO MeetDay by Stride4Good Privacy Policy

MeetDay, also presented in Google Play as CYO MeetDay by Stride4Good, is used to manage track and field meet operations, including event entries and results. This app is provided by Stride4Good and published by Jae H. Jeon.

Information We Collect

When using MeetDay / CYO MeetDay by Stride4Good, we may collect and store:

• Meet data and event results entered in the app.
• Operational metadata needed for synchronization and app reliability (for example, timestamps).

How Information Is Used

• To run and administer meets.
• To synchronize meet data between authorized devices.
• To provide result exports and public result views where configured.

Data Storage and Services

MeetDay / CYO MeetDay by Stride4Good uses Firebase services (including Firestore and Authentication) for cloud data storage and syncing.

Meet data is retained according to operational needs and may be deleted by administrators.

Authorized organizers can update or remove meet data in the app and connected Firebase project.
